1. About INVOID Studios

INVOID Studios ("we", "us", "our") is an independent jewelry studio operating from Singapore. We design and handcraft lab-grown diamond jewelry on a made-to-order basis.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order through invoidstudios.com or its connected Shopify storefront (shop.invoidstudios.com), you agree to these terms.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by INVOID Studios. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, the full amount is refunded.

4. Pricing and Currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible (USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, JPY, etc.) based on Shopify Markets. The base currency is Singapore Dollar (SGD). All prices include applicable taxes for the destination market. Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout.

5. Made-to-Order and Lead Time

Every piece is handcrafted after the order is placed. Studio lead time is 2 weeks to 1 month before shipping. Delivery time (carrier transit) is additional. See the Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because pieces are made to order, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The refund window is tighter than standard ready-stock retail.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, text, and 3D assets on this site are the property of INVOID Studios. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, INVOID Studios' liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
