1. Made-to-Order Pieces
Every INVOID Studios piece is forged after the order is placed. Stones are sourced and metalwork begins within 48 hours of payment. Because each piece is produced for an individual buyer, the refund window is tighter than for off-the-shelf retail.
- Within 24 hours of order: full refund minus the payment processor fee charged by Stripe/Shopify Payments (approximately 3.5%). Email invoidstudio.official@gmail.com with the order number.
- After 24 hours, before production begins: 80% refund. Materials may already be reserved.
- After production has begun (typically 48 hours after order): refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Stone-set pieces cannot be remelted.
2. Defects and Manufacturing Faults
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect (loose setting, broken clasp, etc.), contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund including return shipping. Photos of the defect must be supplied.
3. Returns for Change of Mind
Because each piece is made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after delivery.
