1. Made-to-Order Lead Time

Every INVOID Studios piece is handcrafted after you order. The studio lead time — the period before your piece leaves the studio — is 2 weeks to 1 month. We will email you when your piece ships and a tracking number is generated.

2. Shipping Destinations and Rates

Singapore SingPost / Ninja Van tracked S$20 2-3 business days
International (27 countries) DHL Express / FedEx tracked S$100 3-7 business days

Currently supported international destinations: AE, AT, AU, BE, CA, CH, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GB, HK, IE, IL, IT, JP, KR, MY, NL, NO, NZ, PL, PT, SE, US.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT levied by the destination country's customs authority. These are the recipient's responsibility. INVOID Studios does not refund or reimburse customs charges.

4. Insurance and Loss

All shipments are sent fully insured. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your piece ships. You can also view live status in your customer account.
